At GadX.fr, our work isn't finished when you walk out the door. Every repair and every refurbished device we sell comes with a warranty that protects your purchase. If something isn't right, we make it right.

90 days

Repair Warranty

All repair services are covered by a 90-day warranty. This covers both the parts installed and the labor performed. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of your repair, we will fix it at no additional cost.

12 months

Refurbished Device Warranty

Every refurbished device we sell includes a 12-month warranty covering hardware defects. If your device develops a hardware issue not caused by accidental damage, we will repair or replace it.

  • 30-day return policy for any reason, full refund
  • Battery guaranteed to hold at least 85% of original capacity

  • Software issues, viruses, or data loss
  • Issues caused by unauthorized modifications or jailbreaking
  • Cosmetic wear or minor imperfections on refurbished devices

How to Make a Warranty Claim

We've made the claims process straightforward. Most claims are resolved within 48 hours.

    Call +33 7 45 42 88 89, email info@gadx.fr, or visit our shop. Have your repair invoice number or order confirmation ready. Describe the issue you are experiencing as specifically as you can.

    Our team will review your claim, often on the same business day. For repair warranties, we check the original service record against the reported issue. For refurbished device claims, we may ask you to bring the device in for diagnostic evaluation. There is no charge for this assessment.

    If your claim is approved under warranty, we will repair the issue at no cost to you. For refurbished devices, we may repair or replace the unit at our discretion. Most warranty repairs are completed within 1 to 3 business days, and we provide a loaner device if available. For mail-in claims, we provide a prepaid shipping label for return.

If a claim is denied, we will provide a clear written explanation and offer you a discounted repair rate as a courtesy. You always have the option of an independent assessment.
