These terms comply with consumer law of the European Union and France.

Prices

All prices are in euros (€) including VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Products remain GadX.fr property until full payment.

Orders & Payment

Orders are placed on GadX.fr Payment by card or bank transfer. Customers are charged when the order is shipped. Orders may be refused in case of fraud or payment issues.

Delivery

Orders are shipped while stocks last. Delivery times are indicative.
If delivery exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel for a full refund.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 days after delivery to return products without reason.
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refund issued within 14 days after receiving the return, including standard delivery cost.

Legal Warranty

All products benefit from EU legal guarantees:

2-year conformity warranty
Warranty against hidden defects
Repair, replacement or refund provided when applicable.

Liability

GadX.fr is not responsible for misuse or improper installation. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.

Governing Law
