Customs & Duties
No customs fees within the EU. For non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway), import taxes or duties may apply and are paid by the customer.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
Customers can return items within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, under EU/French law.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging
Proof of purchase required
Return shipping paid by customer (unless defective or wrong item)
Refunds
Refunds processed within 7–14 working days after inspection. Paid to original payment method. Delivery costs refunded only where legally required or due to seller error.
Legal Warranty (EU)
All products include a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, covering repair, replacement, or refund for defects. This is mandatory and cannot be limited.
Commercial Warranty
Optional 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects only (excludes misuse, wear, water damage, or unauthorized repair).
